Like many other agencies, we often start with an HR Scan, a systematic way to analyze HR and HR activities in your company. The aim is to discover whether your current HR policy and instruments fit the needs and objectives of your company. And that is different for every company.

SPOT-HR does its Scan NOTonline, by phone or via a survey. If an agency wants to know something quickly about a company or just wants to collect data, it can work, but our experience is that it says (too) little about the company. We ask the company not to prepare too much for our meeting because there is not much value in rehearsed answers. That does not mean that SPOT-HR does not use the tools that are available today. But for us, they are tools that we like to use professionally to support our work.
