Here we are: SPOT and Wim (Spot is on the right).
Spot was my friend and pet, always together and we did a lot together. I had no idea what to name this company but when I think of Spot, I mainly think of his loyalty, intelligence, endurance, open-mind, always cheerful, eager to learn and playful. Not bad qualities for a advisor/consultant and so SPOT-HR was born.

Committed professional with years of experience in almost all HR areas at various levels. Motivated, Loyal, Energetic, Eager to learn, open-Minded and almost always cheerful.
Over the last 25+ years I have been able to carry out HR activities and manage HR home and abroad. I have had the opportunity to work with various organizations with very different (corporate) cultures and have never stopped learning. A few years ago I realized that working at an exclusively strategic level did not satisfy me and I decided to do something in which I could be operationally active but also work on concepts and convert them into concrete actions.
Every company is different and so there will never really be a standard solution and that is still the challenge for me: tailor-made solutions.
I did this for years as an employee, but noticed that I was spending a large part of my time on administration and routine. That didn't give me any energy and I decided to focus on the things I like. Where I can really add something to the further development of the organization and the people who work there.
